We Deliver and Mail

We serve your notices, either personally or by posted service, and send the tenants a copy via US Mail with a certificate of mailing.

You Get Proof

We complete a notarized affidavit attesting that the notice was served, along with a summary of supporting data that you can use in court.

Resolution
